Our surf coaches and how the coaching works

Every trip we're taking bookings for is coached in the water, and every surfer gets their waves filmed and reviewed. Groups are 6–8 so the coaching is individual.

Reubin — Founder · Lead Guide

Born in Durban, surfing the West Coast for over 20 years. Former WQS tour competitor who knows every back road, braai spot and which break is firing today.

Simone — Cultural Experience Director

A Cape Town native with trained hospitality expertise. Simone builds the authentic cultural immersion into every trip — and knows the best sundowner spots.

Ettiene — Surf Coach · Safety Expert

Former professional WCT judge from the West Coast. Brings world-class coaching and ocean safety expertise to every adventure.

James — Photographer & Videographer · Life Out There

A professional photographer of over 10 years, driven by the open road, salty seas and the great outdoors. James has shot most of our Morocco imagery and captured many of our other locations too.
